The Ultimate Bungy

The evening's plan was to head back to Clarke Quay for the night life (and all of the gorgeous lights along the river) and to finally experience the G-MAX Ultimate Bungy. Here's the crew on the bridge over...
This was Jean's first time at Clarke Quay!
One thing we really wanted to do with Jessica during her visit was the Ultimate Bungy, described by Uniquely Singapore as:

Singapore’s first ever bungy! Be launched skywards at 200km per hour to a dazzling height of 60 meters! Experience G forces similar to those experienced by astronauts in a rocket launch, all in the safety of the latest G-MAX technology.

So here we are, tickets purchased and waiting for our turn on the bungy...
Nanny and Juliana watching us get ready...
Juliana was so upset for some reason, but she was OK as soon as I held her. Although, it didn't last long, because our turn was up and I had to hand her back to Nana.
Here we are, about to get buckled in...
See how upset Juliana was?? I'm not sure why (scared for mommy and daddy!?), but she was crying almost the entire time we were on the bungy. Poor girl...as soon as I got off, I picked her up and she finally calmed down. Mom and dad were safe :-)
Yup, that's us way up there. Man, it was quite the experience!!! We launched up so fast and flipped around...it was intense!!
On our way back down...
And finally back on the ground, safe and sound!!!
I'm so glad we got to experience it, especially with Jess!! There were some gorgeous sights of Singapore way up at that height!!

Yes, we did get a video, but it's long, so I'll spare you all of sharing our screaming at the top of our lungs!

Wow... I can not believe you did that... I watch it all the time and think there is no way... could never do that... so sweet about J. crying when you left... she probably didn't understand her mother being plummetted (sp?) in the air... that she would return...
