A day to relax

Unfortunately, I caught a little bug, so I was a bit under the weather yesterday afternoon and this morning, so that changed a lot of our plans. After the Discovery Centre yesterday, we spent the later part of the day playing with Juliana after her nap.

This morning, Juliana was showing off for her Nana and Great Nana on skype. She was talking up a storm and showing how good a mommy she is!!

Even though Juliana was very shy this morning with her swim teacher, she still thoroughly enjoys being in the pool!!

She is finally not afraid to go down the slide by herself, although she doesn't really slide. It's more of a scoot!!

And finally a quick stop at the playground after swimming. She's much more daring there too now.

I can tell how much Juliana loves the fact that she's had her daddy home this week, because she's much happier and goofy than normal. It's been a nice break to spend as a family, even if we didn't go anywhere!!
